About This Event
The PAssionArts Festival is Singapore's annual community arts festival, and the Serangoon edition lands at The Serangoon CC on 25 July 2026. Themed "United in Art, United in Heart", this edition celebrates creativity, culture and community with collaborative art installations, street performances and hands-on workshops.
Residents help build the community floats and installations in the lead-up, and the festival day itself features live painting, dance and music from local performers. It is part of a nationwide PAssionArts movement that runs across July and August each year.
Admission is free. Some workshop slots require pre-registration via onePA. It suits families with young children, retirees and anyone curious about community art.
