Arrived at 5.33pm on a Ph with a very ill child. Was told last appointment at 5.30 but dr and 3 nurses were still all around. Concluded the nurses were just plain lazy. Didnt even bother to help me ask dr if its possible to squeeze in my child, despite my desperate pleas. What poor reception service.
