Serangoon Garden Way is the street the 1950s estate still walks. NHB pins the estate on this road. British street names fan off it. The Circus sits at one end with the day market at 49A and Chomp Chomp on Kensington Park Road. Shops and cafes keep ordinary hours. The street itself is open. Bus 315 and 317 from Serangoon interchange. This is a neighbourhood street of houses and small food shops. Do not type it as a mall. Upper Serangoon Road is a trunk road one town over.
